Whether you are solely an Internet marketer or you are the owner of a brick and mortar establishment, if you want to compete on the Internet, an autoresponder is a must. It helps build a relationship with your prospects, clients or customers.

Autoresponder Tips:

* Attach a signature to every email you send out. This helps the people on your list identify you. Keep this signature around 6 to 7 lines and approximately 60 characters per line.

* Use the same some short text in the subject line so people will recognize who you are and what they are getting. An example would be [Joe's News] “Short Catchy Headline Here”

* Test the auto responder message to see if your links, phone numbers or other important information is getting cut off and sent to the next line.
